Trash Cans of Lima

Ok, what do we think of this trash can design? Actually, I think it’s better than the green ones because you can flip it over and ALL the garbage falls out without having to reach your arm into that nasty hole and pull out god knows what.
The problem with this can is that it’s wide open to having rain get in there…although it almost never rains in Lima so I guess that’s not much of a problem.
Those darn green ones more or less keep out the rain (although not all that effectively actually, they’d need a little ledge over the hole to divert the water), but the hole is sometimes so small that it’s hard to put garbage in there. I mean…how stupid is that? A garbage can with a hole to small to dispose of a Bembo’s soft drink!
Folks, you’ve got to make it easy for people to get rid of their trash or they’ll just leave it on statue ledges, etc.
