Paperclip Released by Burning Bulb Publishing

I’m pleased to announce the release of the novel Paperclip that I co-wrote with my friend Dan Woll. For a limited time, this novel will be available for only 99 cents! Dan and I have been shopping this book around for a few years, and we even submitted it to Kindle Scout before the program got dismantled. At the end of our submission process, the manuscript was under consideration from two different publishers, which is always exciting.

We are excited to generate some reviews for this work. Early responses have been phenomenal. Two publishers interested in a manuscript is unprecedented, and we’ve also received interest from a reader to create an audiobook. To date, the best endorsement we’ve received comes from Dave Wood the former Former Books Editor of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, and a Past Vice-President of the National Book Critics Circle.

Dave Wood writes:

I warmly endorse the continuing efforts of Dan Woll  and Walter Rhein for their latest novel, “Paperclip.”  Unsettled, stirring. drama-laden–
“Paperclip” is written with gusto, good humor and a knowledge of the panoply that is America, as the authors take their three gifted characters from youth to adulthood.  How can you resist a book that opens with a guesser who is always right?  “Paperclip” begs for a read, a sequel, and a movie.

At its heart, the novel is a work of historical fiction. We reference some events that took place in history, but our purpose with this book is only to entertain. We think this is the kind of book you’ll read and think, “I wonder how much of that is true?” and then you’ll do the research and be surprised at what you find out.

If you’re a fan of a Dean Koontz like thriller, I think you’ll enjoy Paperclip. The low release price is for a limited time only, so please grab it now and let us know what you think. To read an excerpt, click below:
